Euromax Resources Ltd. – 22 December 2014 (TSX-V: EOX, OTCPK: EOXFF): (“Euromax” or the “Company”), announces the refiling of an amended technical report titled “Pre-Feasibility Study Technical Report for the Ilovitza Gold-Copper Project in Southeast Macedonia” (the “Report”), dated 19th December, 2014. The refiling comes as a result of a review carried out by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) as part of their ongoing program to improve the quality of disclosure provided to investors. The review raised concerns that the Report was not fully independent, as is required by Canadian National Instrument 43-101 for Technical Reports filed in support of an initial mineral reserve. As a result the Company commissioned independent third party reviews of the Sections identified by the BCSC review and has reassigned independent Qualified Person (“QP”) responsibilities for certain sections of the amended Report and included two additional independent QP’s.
There were no material differences in the the results or conclusions of the Report as a result of the third party review. Investors are advised to rely on the refiled report rather than the report filed on the 25th of July 2014.
